How do I qualify for free shipping?
>> Orders with a subtotal (before taxes and after all discounts) of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
Why don't I see a shipping option for local pickup?
>> To indicate local pickup, use the code "localpickupsurrey" at checkout, and we will email you once your order is ready for pickup.

I have not received my item, is there anything I can do?
>> Jax and Lennon Co. is not responsible for lost packages, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order please contact us prior to checking out and we will adjust shipping fees.
I live in the USA and when I click on my order's tracking number, the page says "we didn't find an item associated with this number". What does this mean?
>> Canada Post does not update tracking information for US-bound packages until the package has cleared customs. In our experience this can sometimes take up to 7-14 business days. If your tracking page still has not updated after this amount of time, please let us know.
I ordered the wrong size, what now?
>> We always stand by our product so if you ordered the wrong size or are not completely satisfied with your order please send us and email and we can get your order sorted out! Please note that all sale purchases are final.
Does Jax and Lennon Co. offer wholesale?

How does Jax and Lennon Co. clothing fit?
>> Our sizing runs true to size. Please do keep in mind that bamboo will shrink if dried so size accordingly! We always recommend laying flat or hanging to dry to preserve color and size!
