When I started Jax & Lennon, I never imagined just how much this little clothing company would become a part of our community.
What began as a way to create clothing for my own children has grown into something so much bigger.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting families, children, hospitals, schools, and organizations both close to home and around the world.
Some contributions have been big. Others have been small, quiet moments that never made it onto social media.
But every single one has mattered.
And none of it would have been possible without you.

FOR THE LITTLE ONES.
Children have always been at the heart of J&L, and supporting them beyond the clothing we create has always been incredibly important to us.
Over the years, we’ve worked alongside foster care organizations & families to provide clothing, essentials, and comfort items for children entering care, including those arriving with very little of their own.
We’ve supported families navigating pregnancy and infant loss, donated blankets and clothing to neonatal intensive care units, and contributed fabric and handmade items to help care for some of the tiniest babies.
We’ve also proudly served as an ongoing donation collection point for BabyGoRound, helping connect gently used baby essentials with families who need them.
Because every child deserves to feel comfortable, cared for, and loved.
WHEN FAMILIES NEED A LITTLE EXTRA.
Sometimes life changes in an instant.
An unexpected diagnosis. A house fire. Financial hardship. A family facing circumstances they never imagined.
Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to support families through medical challenges, emergency situations, and difficult seasons of life.
From making a direct financial contribution toward life-changing medical treatment for a baby to supporting families affected by fires and floods, we’ve tried to show up wherever we could.
We’ve sponsored many families at Christmas, provided clothing and essentials during times of financial hardship, and helped make difficult days a little easier.
COMFORT WHEN IT’S NEEDED MOST.
Since 2021, we’ve supported the forensic nursing team at Surrey Memorial Hospital through donations of clothing and blankets.
Patients receiving care following traumatic experiences may be required to surrender their clothing as evidence.
These donations help ensure that patients have something clean and comfortable to wear when they leave the hospital.
It’s a simple thing that can make a meaningful difference during an incredibly difficult moment.
Not every act of giving needs to be big or public.
Sometimes, it’s simply about being there when someone needs you.
THE COMMUNITY AROUND US.
Our community has supported J&L from the very beginning, and finding ways to give back has always been part of who we are.
We’ve supported local schools, classrooms, community organizations, and fundraising initiatives through clothing, financial contributions, materials, and donations.
Our warehouse sales have also provided opportunities to raise donations for community causes.
GIVING MATERIALS A SECOND LIFE.
As a clothing company, we know how important it is to be thoughtful about what happens to leftover materials.
Rather than letting excess fabric go to waste, we’ve donated it to local design schools, sewing workshops, high school sewing programs, and other local programs teaching the art of sewing.
It’s a small way to reduce textile waste while giving students and makers the opportunity to learn, create, and experiment.
SHOWING UP WHEN OUR COMMUNITIES NEEDED US.
Our team’s generosity has also allowed us to support organizations and communities beyond Canada, including those in Mexico, the Philippines, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
Because community doesn’t always stop at our own doorstep.

It’s easy to look at a clothing company and see the products, the collections, the photoshoots, and the packages heading out the door.
But behind all of that is a community of people who have supported us, believed in us, and allowed us to keep doing what we love.
