ORDER PROCESSING
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
During collection launches, major sales, and other high-volume periods, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We’re a small team, and while we always do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, these busy periods can take a little extra time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please remember that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA 🇨🇦
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada!
Standard shipping: $15 or $21 CAD, depending on your order.
FREE shipping on orders over $200 CAD!
We primarily ship with Canada Post and FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.
SHIPPING DURING SALES
During major online sales and promotional events, our regular shipping offers are temporarily suspended.
A flat shipping rate of $15 CAD applies to orders during these events, regardless of order value. Free shipping is not available during these promotional periods.
Please also allow up to 14 business days for order processing during high-volume sales.

Live nearby? Skip the shipping and come say hi!
We offer free local pickup at our J&L boutique in Surrey, BC.
Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.
If you’re unable to collect your order within that time, please contact us to make arrangements.
Please wait until you’ve received your pickup confirmation before visiting.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order is on its way, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Occasionally, delays happen due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you have concerns about your shipment, please reach out. We’re always happy to help where we can.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Jax & Lennon is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
That doesn’t mean we won’t help, though!
If something goes wrong with your delivery, please reach out with your order number.
While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost packages, we’re always happy to help investigate with the shipping carrier and assist however we can.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can review the situation.
